Mr. Nuttall,-To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether His Majesty's Government will endeavour to make the same arrangement with China as that made by France and Germany, by which sealed mails are sent, viâ Siberia, from Peking and other parts of China to London and from London to China.
